What are the different types of news and can I trust them all?

Different types of news are as follows:

• Announcement
  Announcements come directly from genuine sources within the Protectorate. You can always rely on them to be genuinely from high up people (although whether these high up people are, in themselves, reliable, is another matter!)
• News
  News is generally a summary of recent events, as would normally be read out by a town crier etc. You can always rely on news to be from trustworthy sources, although there may be a discernable hint of bias in there somewhere...
• Rumour
  Rumours are things overheard in pubs, markets, on doorsteps etc. You cannot always rely on them to be true, but as they say, there's no smoke without fire!
• Report
  Reports are written by characters after events, and contain their version of events on a mission. Characters rarely tell outright lies in reports, but they will be subject to the character's perception of events, and possibly alcohol consumption
